put a timer and follow a realistic plan no cramming in the night before, take proper breaks not doom scrolling do something that actually entertains you. do practice questions, idk what you study for but look up practice books online on that subject or see if the class above you got old copies of the tests in said subject I don't like ai but it ......   reply

Basically, any form of self discipline, I was writing a 1-100 questions but on #80, I slacked off, now I'm punishing myself with guilt and tiredness, my workload increases, and I still need to download a recorded discussion..... So like yeh, self punishment and self discipline.   reply

Train yourself like a dog, Basically "if I do xyz for this time period, I get a treat." Food, any activity/hobby you like etc. (depends on you, just try not to have something very distracting like tiktok etc). Also, body doubling. Just study around someone for accountability.
