Someone already answered but I spent some time writing this so I'll put it here anyway
Group VIII contain three elements in each period.
Elements (?) the other person who answered may be right and it could be Dmitri.
1) There is no place for the different atoms of any isotope in Mendeleev's periodic table
2) Elements with less atomic masses is* ("are" would be more suited, I think) placed latter( maybe " lower" is better idk) than elements with more atomic masses.
3) There are 3 elements in each period in the VIII- th group.
4) 1: Predictions of properties and atomic mass of the undiscovered elements. ( Not sure about the "mass", but if it is, then masses is better since we're talking about more than one element)
Some of the words are hard to make out, but I can read most of it.

It completes what the other person said i guess
THANK YOUU

Ahh I miight be too late to respond. Just filling in the gaps as it's almost done by op.
A correction. It's not demetri. It's DEMERITS.
2- are placed later than
4- MERITS
Noble elements are placed in group 'O'
