Hey , genuinely asking , did the choco work/help tho ? Cus i hv GERD and hv nausea like this , and anything caffeine/choco is actually not good for nausea (cus it works like relaxant to your stomach muscles or smth ) so i'd like to reccommed eating chewing gum instead ! When you overeat it means, you filled your stomach up more than it can handle and you get nauseous - that's normal. Protein takes more to break down. Overeating food that are harder to break down is worse than easy foods. You can get nauseous, tired, headaches and so on. That's assuming you've got no allergies or anything with foods ofc. i don't get nauseous but i do sometimes get sick of eating the same things over and over again... that's why it's good to try something else once in a while   reply

yes I'm like this too. Overeating makes me wants to throw up everything I just ate, so to prevent that I need to drink a little bit of soda. It helps me burp and erase the regret feeling of eating too much.   reply
