Nakamura Asumiko - I've loved her work long before I ever got into bl. Her shoujo stuff is a mix of gothic fantasy and dark whimsy. Similar but not as heavy as her bl stuff. Idk if adults would find her early work interesting though. Might feel a little childish, edgy, not as polished as some of her ......
