I’ve got these little red spots in my palms, and on the sole of my feet, they don’t hurt or itch. They’re just noticeable and numerous, someone help please!!!
Maybe u might have broken blood vessel’s that are causing that or palmar erythema which when u look at images of might be similar to what u have (idk what palmar erythema was before this ) i hope u find out what it is causing that! 2 reply
