probably a rash or some reaction—i always get tiny red spots all over the side of my wrist and sometimes on my thighs and im perfectly fine!! it usually happens when i have itched it a bit?? it remains itchy but then it stops and they remain there for an hour or so could b smth to do w blood vessels and blood clots idkdawg but u should monitor ho......
