Probably just don't feel the need to draw it because ultimately it's not rlly engaged in the actions. It's like wrinkles on the face, yes they're anatomically accurate but ppl don't usually draw them in comic art because they're such a small detail it's negligible. Similar case to the semehole, just my take on it
