What I do is get myself all tired (reading ACTUAL books, working out a bit, crying, etc) and when I get sleep paralysis I dont wake up. I mean just not opening my eyes or responding. It takes a good minute & is a bit scary but I tend to fall right back asleep out of fright.   reply

It helps to take an ultra hot shower and stop looking at your phone gor atleats an hour before you go to sleep, take deep inhales and long exhales   1 reply
