How would you react if your spouse asks for an infidelity clause in a PreNup?

I wouldn't gaf i dont understand people that get so pissed off about taking into consideration the possibility of cheating in the future and being prepared for it like no they aren't saying you WILL cheat but everyone is human and sadly cheating is a very human flaw that despite being so hated is something literally anyone can do.   1 reply

It could work for you or against you. Depending on which side has more money and what the terms are. I believe when Catherine Zeta-Jones got married she insisted on an infidelity clause, which would pay her almost $10 million or more if her husband cheated on her, got caught cheating, and any damage to her reputation and career due to his infidelit......   reply
