I learned this way too late but please TAKE YOUR PAINKILLERS BEFORE YOUR PERIOD STARTS. Track your period on a period app (I personally use clue) then 2-3 days before your period starts take painkillers for the whole day ibuprofen is the best for tackling period pain take 2 every 4 hours but do not take more than 6 in one day (follow the instructio......   2 reply

Girls and ladies, please go get checked for endometriosis. I’m 19 and I have advanced endometriosis that’s compressed a lumboscral nerve and reducing my mobility.
