I think visiting a clinic might give you better advice but as someone who used to have anemia I will tell you what worked *for me*: 1. I was told to eat green leafy vegetables, stuff like spinach, kale, etc etc, I mostly ate spinach because it's more available where I live, just cooked it with gound beef, sometimes we made soup so I can get some ......   1 reply
