Idk about your dream specifically; maybe there's a scientific explanation for the nosebleed. These kind of these dreams, I think they do. Similar thing happened to me. Saw myself hanging out with two random classmates(was never close to them prior to this). Ended up going to a trip with one and having feelings for another. And I became really good friends with them.   reply
