Srry not rlly giving actual advice here but i sincerely hope u do get away from him as SOON as possible. If possible, use every excuse to get away from the house. Walks, parks, literally just loitering around somewhere(pls stay safe). Also might be worth getting ur dog out with these activities bc ur dog may need a breather with you.
