I'm scared of men

I understand, even with men I respect and believe are kind, I am always hyperaware when it comes to interactions with men. It feels like an unskippable cutscene. I think it differs from person to person because most women I know can seamlessly get along with men. In that respect, I am jealous. I don't think it's a you thing, I think it's completely valid to not be comfortable around men when you're born as an oppressed gender around thr world. I'll just share my perspective in hopes that it gives you a new outlook.. For me it's kinda easier to talk to men because it takes less brain power for me. I swear to god I'm not a pick me okay. I just shut off my brain and blabber around men and they just don't gaf ab what comes out of my mouth and I'm not scarred to offend them in any way because......   2 reply

That's a valid feeling btw, I also felt that until my first year in college. Took me a while to learn that most men don't gaf if you're not exceptionally pretty (atleast from my experience). I learned from my extroverted friend that she also had the same phase but gradually learned to talk to them as human beings by practice, little by little. Joki......   reply
