Hey guys , I feel like a 16 yo teenager asking this ( no offense) , but how to talk to someone first like in school or work ? I’ve always been the introverted type and people always mistake it as me being cold or distant, i also dont know how to carry on a conversation with someone I’m not familiar with , and end up just listening , how do you bring yourself to be outgoing and relaxed? tips please ?

Just go for it. You can come close and make a compliment about their outfit or something like that. Don't worry, nobody's gonna think you're some kind of freak, socializing is something normal. I usually have no problem talking to someone, if you're a bit shy maybe you should wait the right moment if you don't feel like going straight forward with...... 1 reply
