I like to think that whatever you truly believes happens when you die happens, not what you WANT to happen but what you believe will happen. For example: If somebody thinks that they will go to heaven or hell then that happens Or if somebody thinks reincarnation takes place then they get reincarnated or even atheists who think nothing happens then ......   reply

I think so yeah Because i also have a bad habit of like biting myself whenever im sad or angry and its like the same situation, it doesnt hurt bad but i still do it. Im trying to like teach myself to stop biting myself because it just became a habit you should try to stop too   reply

yknow sometimes i feel sad and ask myself why dont i just end it all, but then i think of people like you who have gone through worse things than me and survived. thank you for sharing your story, it must've been a terrible thing to happen.
