Not a recent one, but one I think about a lot is maturity. I used to believe as adults we meet certain milestones (I.e. getting a car, buying a house, getting a job.) Uhm, I pursued my passion. I’m a therapist which was one of my childhood dreams. I was told it’s easy to burnout in this field so I did my graduate work in social work so I can switch to something else if I need a break. My undergrad was in psychology.
