I don’t know. I think you can be honest with your doctor. They might recommend therapy but you don’t have to go. I think they’ll most likely send you to a sleep specialist to rule out sleep apnea. They can also prescribe stronger sleeping pills. Idk what you were taking before. My only tip is to exercise in the day time.

In general I’m tired of school life. now that I’m older I’m just like “where are their parents?” Also whenever they don’t treat their exams seriously I get anxiety and flashbacks.
Oh and I’m not saying I hate school life or anything but there’s just so many. And most plots would be unchanged if not better with adult protagonists. ......

I’m not familiar with any of these people or know the validity of these accusations, but I agree with promoting internet safety. This is not a manhwa/hua/ga nor does anyone really hate on it. No one really talks about it at all but I love this story. The reason I even mentioned it is because the MC has all the traits I dislike. She’s dumb for love, she lets people use her, and will project her insecurities on others.

Not specific to historical but when Li are supportive of the MCs dreams, whether that be being a knight, owning a business, revenge, or a stay at home spouse.
