I think the quickest way to decide what you want to do is to figure out if they like someone already. Try to be fun/casual about it. Bring up the question like a topic between friends. Lmao I know my response was something like 1) but realistically I'd probably do 2) because they're just a misguided simpleton who didn't mean harm and didn't go overboard. Plus they're open to constructive criticism (a much needed characteristic!) so I can definitely see myself being a supportive friend.

(Just OP here) Know what? I'll just share a list of my own choice of songs and albums that kinda cover everything that I've mentioned. Delete the apps on your phone, but don't delete your accounts.
If you really want to check updates and talk to people just log in through a web browser. Removing any possibility of being distracted/tempted by seeing the app on your phone or notifications might help with self control and getting a proper break without cutting off connections with ......
