I used to think everyone around me could read or hear my thoughts. I kept my thoughts at a certain limit. This started when my Grandfather told me he could read my thoughts when it was just my emotions (emotions >> thoughts). Drink ice-cold water repeatedly Do not eat anything – Be on a complete fast (Eat less- dont just straight up not eat anything) Overexert yourself by doing some exercise beyond your capacity (dont overexert yourself alot.) Take a bath in cold water, do not dry yourself and sit in an AC or the open air with minimal clothes on the body. Repeat this ......   reply
