However I feel like this dynamic opens up toxic behaviors where they would be better if they were not together, instead of this banter to each other and relatively harmless pranks they do to the other person (essentially done right). But I feel like authors quickly fall into this trap and it sucks .

I won’t lie, whenever I feel like this, I try to get some sun. That vitamin D truly helps and just being outside is nice. Going to an art museum or an event or market, there’s usually something to do.
