put tape to angle it properly or use a, eyebrow pen before. i use a brown eyebrow pen and sketch it on, then erase what i don't like, then draw it over with the black eyeliner. otherwise it takes a lot to practice it   1 reply

i think you should re visit the doctor. they might have been referring to how when it first comes its uneven, but as you grow older the pace should even out and it should come once a month, but you on the other hand are only getting it once a year which i don't believe is to normal   1 reply
