Oh ma, there’s a few. Drug & Drop- I was done with CLAMP after this. They keep working on other stuff, so it’s not like they can’t work on this one, they just don’t want to. They should have left it for dead when it first went on hiatus and it was still called Legal Drug. Stakeout- The season ended ok, with a mild conclusion, but it woul......   reply

In my opinion, one of the best written queer stories is Mine-kun is Asexual. The author wrote another story about asexuality, but I found the main character it a little less realistic. https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/kimi_no_sekai_ni_koi_wanai/   reply

One of my biggest fears are cockroaches. I can't even kill them, that's how terrified I am of them. I see one and I run the other way. Heights are the other things I fear, but I'm ok w/ flying. I can't even remember why I'm so terrified of cockroaches or heights, though.   reply

F*ck no. From Johnny got his gun: You can always hear the people who are willing to sacrifice somebody else's life. They're plenty loud and they talk all the time. You can find them in churches and schools and newspapers and legislatures and congress. That's their business. They sound wonderful. Death before dishonor. This ground sanctified by bl......   1 reply

Most mainstream shonen. Granted, I’m way past that age, but I tried reading Blue Lock because it sounded interesting and I like soccer, but I read the first few chapters and I just couldn’t get over the ridiculousness of the premise. Maybe I’ll try the anime or the movie. This is not a genre, but a trope, but wishy-washy characters (usually ......   1 reply

I did get some hate way back in the Stone Age when I wrote a fanfic about them, and she’s not even a manga canon character, but here goes: I never liked Kaoru and Kenshin because I always felt she was too idealistic to realistically work as a couple, so when the anime introduced a group of pirates, I thought the leader was better suited for Kens......   reply

I’ve been an adult for quite a few years now. The other day someone posted a question of first manhwa and when I posted my answer someone responded to me that it looked like some old manga… So yeah…it’s been a few years since I turned 18.   reply

I do both, for various reasons, and it’s not an excuse, just the way it is. Sometimes I like a story, but don’t like the way it has been handled by the “professionals”, so I won’t buy. Examples are Chinese webtoons where they get the names changed to more western ones. If I downloaded your app and am willing to read a comic created in an......   reply

The characters. I’m a character driven reader, so I don’t care about genre as much as I care about what the characters are doing. They could be awful, but they need to be interesting (at least to me).   reply

Toxic relationships. In fiction, if the author is not portraying them realistically, then I don’t mind them and actually like the arrogant a-hole being brought to his knees by the love interest.   reply

It didn’t really affect me because I started reading when I was 18 and even though 18 is not the magic number, at least it was “age appropriate”. My first graphic series I read was Fake and I can’t even remember how graphic it is. If I remember correctly, the sex scene happens in volume 7, which is the last volume. Anyway, back in the day I......   reply

The death penalty. How do you decide who deserves death or not? Personally, I’m in favor if executed correctly. What do I mean by correctly? When it’s applied to people that don’t want it because then it’s a punishment For example, there was this case where this guy bamboozled this mom into letting him take her little daughter to McDona......   reply
