The pain when you see something you want to add to your reading list so you click on it but then its already in your want to read list and then you realize how deep this rabbit hole truly is

I'm scared of people screaming at me cause my mom does that
I've also learned how to not cry and just tolerate the pain when i'm being hit by the back scratcher or the belt because she'd get mad at me even more if i cried so now to not cry i just pinch myself really hard or bite myself really hard, of course i'm making sure i don't bleed
But its strong enough to leave a mark
My parents don't pay attention tho

Playing jenga in front of your aunts, uncles, cousins and grandpa and losing in front of them is humiliating and damages your mental health

Now my brain is telling me that they probably think i'm a loser and that i'm pathetic for losing a simple game
And it keeps telling i'm so pathetic for losing that and they probably think badly of me

I don't know why but my RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) is kicking in and now it makes me wanna go to the bathroom and cry and have a mental breakdown
