Maybe trying joining one of those groups where they promote art, have a social media account to post about your art and when its big enough promote your webtoon there and ask for support. That's what someone I follow did. But webtoon itself can get you lots of views so as long as your story is good(and has pretty art ig) you'll do well. Best of luc......   reply
