Omg I had this exact thing one night after swallowing a pill that didn’t go down properly and the only thing that helped was stuff that’s used for acid reflux, I took gaviscon and it helped allot, but if u don’t have any acid reflux stuff then maybe look up at home ways to help acid reflux. Ppl really out here missing out on historical Shoujo manhwas, like ik u Said u didnt Like straight that much but even without relying on the romance allot of them have good plot with depth, like a stepmothers marchen or, there is no place for fakes, death is the only ending for the villainess.
