i dont wanna yuck someones yum or whatever but if your primary reason for watching anything let alone real life gore is that you enjoy seeing people suffer, you are a deeply disturbed person. yes, even if its a movie. you dont get to be a psychopath and then pretend its a quirky personality trait.

in my experience the only thing that really worked was meds. at least with the "there is absolutely nothing wrong but i still feel like shit and cant get out of bed bc my dopamine levels are fucked up" depression, i assume its different if its caused by the environment youre living in

the actual formula is 9.4+ for colored manga/ 8.7+ for black and white ones. 9.0+ for well drawn smut, 9.6+ for non problematic smut. there are some hidden gems though
