It's a request, today I had serious stomach pain to the point where I thought dying was better, only after getting two injections am I better, don't eat food that produces too much heat, I mean you can wait it once but not daily or every three days, I am serious you DONT want to feel the pain I just felt. Oh gosh it was hell
