I do warm-up exercises, then ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes, squats, crunches, stretching, etc. on a daily basis to stay healthy and fit while trying to stay home and socially distant as much as possible. I never had that problem. But my cousin did and she cured it by applying a special nail polish. You can probably find it in a pharmacy, it should have really bitter taste and make you stop biting your nails. Hope this helps and good luck.   reply

Well, everyone is different, and it might just be her way of getting along with people. Tho it does sound like she is yearning for affection and close friendships to prove her worth/existence.
