I’m sorta in the same boat. I have tons of reading, studying, and assignments to do in college. Like someone said, prioritizing your time is key here. Find a quiet space where you can do your work uninterrupted. Try pomodoro technique. Also I found that limiting my phone use and not using social media as much helps a lot.
