lol the comments here are making me realise how little y'all know about mammalian bodies. Viviparous (birth-giving) mammals go through either an estrus or menstrual cycle. omegaverse has the estrus cycle not the menstrual cycle (like wolves), the egg gets reabsorbed by the body and doesn't get thrown out.
