I mean personally i dont think Eren was in love with her in a romantic way. I think he loved her like a sister he never once showed her affection in a romantic way in the previous seasons, romance in general was not prevalent in AoT so i dont know what the fuck happened in season 4 and all of a sudden Isayama thought it was a good idea to hint!?!!!......

I honestly feel like you should talk with a professional about this wether it's a therapist or someone specialising in gender identity.
This could be due to a lot of things maybe from trauma in your life or you could be transgender but for you to figure this out you need to speak to a professional. Sorry i can't give you a better advice
