tip that no one has specifically mentioned yet is PSYLLIUM HUSK it helps u poop regularly and the gays use it all the time yuppp. Would say it won’t work immediately but within a few days you’ll be feeling much better if not a bit gassy but that goes away in time.   reply

I use my iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard so the keyboard just kinda rests on my chest while lie down and scroll it’s v comfortable 100% recommend   2 reply
