Try Grandma core, try getting into simple hobbies like gardening, or crocheting. Keeping a garden, learning about local flora has helped me so much with random bursts of depressive episodes. Don't rely on the website, also I'd say ditch the measuring tape, body type isn't a scientific criterion, it's based on aesthetics. I'd say the best way is just wear tight clothing or stand naked in front of the mirror then observe. Well I make friends easily but the problem is that they don't stay (better wording would be that I ghost them, because I'm so fuckin scared of rejection)...my only advice is fake it till you make it. I feel like the internet has always been edgy, people say anything they want without thinking how their words may affect others. Also not sure about the 18 year olds but the amount of edgy kids I've been seeing, I'm more worried about the young teens because you can't ever have a logical conversation with them and their vocabulary is a mess.   reply
