Got a really good score on a mock exam recently and I'm optimistic about the actual test. Also my skin has cleared completely and I'm getting a lot of compliments, something that younger me would never have anticipated. I said 2 things lol but both of these are equally important

1) NO, wtf this is the worst thing ever, earth is going to be uninhabitable for humans in a few years. I would have to witness the end of time, which would be horrible. One life is already enough, I cannot wait to disintegrate into energy and float in the universe until it's demise.

All you need is a COLD SHOWER. I'm not a morning person but whenever I have to get up early I just make sure to get 7 hrs of sleep before. Sleep around 9pm and then get up around 3 am, go for a run, then get shower with cold water, even in winters. I personally think it's unproductive of us to sleep the whole night and then work for the entire day.......

You can't fix being insecure, especially if you get to the point of dysmorphia. Honestly unless you get professional help, this might never go away. My ed and extreme facial dysmorphia (to the point that i wake up to a new face everyday, sometimes it doesn't even look human, and can't recognise myself in pictures) have never gone away, even though ......
