Try Grandma core, try getting into simple hobbies like gardening, or crocheting. Keeping a garden, learning about local flora has helped me so much with random bursts of depressive episodes. Don't rely on the website, also I'd say ditch the measuring tape, body type isn't a scientific criterion, it's based on aesthetics.
