Gender roles, BL assigned gender roles a la top/bottom, characters having excessive unnatural amounts of sex, fluffy stories turning smutty, rape/SA and it being downplayed, abusive "tops", children acting like babies OR acting like mini adults, mc going back to a borderline abusive partner, etc   reply

Personally I would never do it buttt i can understand why some people want that. There are people out there (not me) who like spoilers because they prefer knowing what to expect. And sometimes people want to know if a story is worth their time. I would never do that because i like being surprised and nothing would make me want to give that up but ......   reply

Ugh, no. I think Yaoi is a category of its own, it falls under BL but while all BL has uke and seme, often follows the same tropes and depicts mlm in a certain way, not all BL does. I don't read Yaoi anymore and don't support its content. Why should I call myself a fujoshi?? A fujoshi is someone who reads and supports Yaoi, I don't. Aside from that......   reply
