Hi law student here!! So when I debate anything, first thing I do is research the opposing side, and write down all major points. Then I research all counter arguments and write around that. Hi TA here! I need some more context to give a better answer, but for a simple one I'd say trust your gut. If you know your work is good and you are able to recite the information you've written to another damn near perfectly (study method i recommend to ALL) then you'll most likely be fine.
