not too long ago, I procrastinated so badly that I missed my exam cus I didn't study and had to take the special exam instead. I even lied and said I couldn’t take it because I wasn’t feeling well. i need a body pillow, and i have to imagine fake scenarios to fall asleep. sometimes my thoughts are too loud, i can't sleep, and i have to imagine clearing out the notification panel on my phone to quiet the thoughts, to lessen them so i'd be able to sleep.
