Aspirin and Excedrin Migraine are good. They might contain caffeine though..I’m not entirely sure. I recommend laying in a dark, quiet place & meditating or listening to binaural beats on YT. It's practically nonexistent where I live ;__; but when I lived in Vancouver, I loved taking the sky train. I've also taken the DC metro, and it was great. Not a fan of the subway in NY though. Too confusing for me :3   reply
