not normal, u should go to the doctor to get it checked out. feeling tired even after sleep can be signs of something as simple as an irregular sleep schedule/unhealthy life habits or even as severe as narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia. u should def quit the gooning all day and being lazy, and instead be more active in life! it rlly might change......   2 reply
