People see these oversimplified forms of mental illness and can very easily get carried away, like self diagnosing themselves or creating negative assumptions about it reply

You are just reacting to the environment youre in, so it is normal, but it's not healthy to think that way. I'm sorry that youre in such a situation, my best advice is to stay strong because it won't last forever, it's your mindset that matters, not what other people tell you. reply
