Probably join a scanalation groups discord server, they probably have a chat room specifically for stories to pick up. But I'm not sure if every group has one.
Find a similar story as the one you're trying to get translated, they have a box of the team who's working on the story and probably a link to their discord server and look for a chat room ...... 1 reply
