Idk if this helps but I would just say watch slice of life anime. Most are just happy thoughts w/o real drama so it's a nice change of pace. I started getting into it after watching/reading heavy plot stories and just needed something to cleanse my palate (?

This is happened to me when I was a teen, I adapted. I modified my autocorrect to miss spell words as I type them and I try to keep track of how other people text so I copy them. Also adjusted my own way of saying this so I sound more passive

Tbh i didn't but even before that our jobs we already getting thrown under the bus by ai. Companies no longer check the applicants themselves, ai does it. Which means if ai sees smth that doesn't match with the overhype idea the company had for the new hire you just won't ever get the job at all
