Mangadex is pretty good the covers I see on the front page are at most suggestive
Bato and mangabuddy can block certain genres
I dont rlly use this one but comicK is also ok(i think i haven't been on the site for awhile)
Or u can use snowmtl tho it's machine translations and u may not find what u need there cos there isn't a large variety
