I'm saying this as someone who's completely ignorant in such matters, but, if you physically CAN'T control tics like throwing your phone isn't that Tourette syndrome? I know that it can be motor apart from verbal. Back in highschool I had some school friends who quite openly read yaoi, so I was open about it to them in return and we even recommended stuff to each other .
