For men - Head width has the same width as the neck, check out any manhwa with bulky ahh men, its the same. Circlular guides make things rounder therefore cuter. So try to boxify some of your guides, it might help mature your characters For women - elongate everything, rather than circles, draw leaves silhouettes for everything on the face.
