Most of my life I've brushed before breakfast. Lately I've been doing both before and after because of the internet :))) They say it's recommended to brush right after waking up, because your mouth develops bacteria over night and eating in the morning feeds that bacteria. Night owl for sureee. I like being awake at night because it's peaceful and calm and I can mind my business in peace.
