Draw, literally, thats it. Get inspired and gatter motivation, Pinterest is a savior of us all and looking at other ppl's art is the best. When you're already acoustumed with drawing cuz you want to, when you get inspired to draw people, search it up, try, look at references when you can remember how to draw a face by heart.
