I hate the "don't like don't read" mentality, it's just an excuse to avoid criticism. People can read things they don't like and discuss it. Lots of reasons... they're desperately trying to feel like their weird ass tastes are normal, for one. But also cuz they just don't understand writing, ig is the simplest way to say it.
